What we may have

Very little, by design. Inboxes and their emails are deleted when the address expires or the user deletes it, and can't be recovered. We don't know users' names or real email addresses. Connection data (IP addresses) is kept in unreadable form for 24 hours.

How we respond

We disclose data only when Romanian or EU law requires it. Requests from outside the EU must come through the proper international channels (for example a mutual legal assistance request), unless EU law allows otherwise. In an emergency involving a risk to someone's life or safety, write “Emergency” in the subject and we will act as fast as the law allows.

If we become aware of a criminal offense that threatens someone's life or safety, we inform the competent authorities, as required by the EU Digital Services Act.

Preservation

Because data disappears quickly, ask us to preserve a specific address as soon as possible; we will keep what still exists for 90 days while you obtain a formal order.
